About Us
Founded in January 2017 by a group of Migrant workers, Kyeeyo Association Uganda represents and bargains for the collective interests of Migrant workers. It is the association with the most Migrant workers’ membership in East Africa with a membership of 80,011 Migrant workers globally.
Mission: To promote safe labour migration, unity and development among migrant workers and to collectively bargain for the collective interests of migrant workers.
Vision: Enlightened, safe and effectively represented migrant workers for global development and cooperation
Objectives;
1. To represent all the Ugandan Migrant workers.
2. To mobilize and Coordinate all the Ugandan migrant workers.
3. To promote the collective interests of Migrant workers while protecting the interests of the Government plus other stake holders in the migration sector.
4. To Monitor and respond to any changes to review related sector procedures and to give recommendations for changes and or collectively useful improvements.
5. To provide an avenue for the exchange of information among the U Migrant workers.
6. To empower migrant workers with knowledge and skills suitable for staying and working in their destination countries.
7. To contribute to Public policies in relation to the needs of migrant workers.
8. To liaise with Governmental and Non-Governmental Agencies in relation to the issues regarding migrant workers.
9. To facilitate Safe and Decent recruitment and employment of Migrant workers.
10. To promote the Social-Economic and cultural relationship among migration stakeholders globally.
Representing Migrant Workers

Family Support
Family support: Services for families of migrant workers, including education, elderly and childcare services.

Migrant workers' project management and development
We manage, protect and develop different socio-economic undertakings of Migrants in liaison with their families

Migrants engagement and representation
We engage and represent migrants at different levels and global regions to understand their situations and needs for basis of collective bargaining and promotion of their rights and welfare

Supporting teenage pregnant Migrants and mothers
Through guidance and counseling, skills development for self sustenance and job creation, etcetera

Migration stakeholders engagement and networking
This is done at both national and international levels to promote inter-agency and inter-governments efforts in bettering Migration

Migrant workers Welfare scheme
As a community which empowers itself to provide solutions to our community members, we economically save and invest to not only enhance the safety of our members, but also their economic development

Monitoring and supervision
We regularly monitor migrant workers to ascertain their socio-economic, physical and mental progress for purposes of providing the needful redress

Supporting Migrants with HIV/AIDs
Through welfare support, guidance and counseling, visitations, skills development, etcetera.
